Therapy is available for:

Sessions:

• individual sessions only

• sessions are usually 60 min minutes

• SESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN-PERSON AS WELL AS ONLINE (TELEHEALTH).

• GRIEF AND LOSS (including PET BEREAVEMENT)

• interpersonal/relationship dynamics (conflict, divorce, infidelity, transitions)

• Peer Relationships

• personal growth and awareness

• School issues and disabilities 

• self-esteem and self-identity

• stage of life transitions

• stress and stress-management

• spirituality (spiritual and religious trauma, spiritual bypassing, spiritual identity and development)

Fees:

The fee for individual Therapy is guided by the Psychologists' Association of Alberta.

I do offer a sliding fee scale in certain circumstances.

Upon Payment for the session, A receipt will be provided for psychological service. It is common for psychology services to be covered by many health insurance benefit plans. I would encourage you to check with your carrier about coverage and maximum coverage amounts.
